Go For Raw Milk (part 1)

First, I want to say that I use raw, unpastuerized milk in my diet from Windsor Dairy. I own a share of a cow and recieve milk, cream and yogurt each week. I credit Sally Fallon and the Weston A. Price Foundation for my discovery of the benefits of unpastuerized, raw milk, from pasture fed cows, that live with high quality animal husbandry practices.

In my experience with raw milk, I have noticed that not only my health is supported, but also that of my daughter as well. With pastuerized and homogenized milk, my daughter and I both tend to get congested and experience impaired digestion. As mentioned in the introduction, we are going to present both sides of the arguement for pastuerizations.

For those of you who adhere to the “humans should not be consuming the milk made for a cow” arguement, I will make sure to address whether we should be consuming dairy products at all in further newsletters. But now, the arguement for raw milk from the Weston A. Price Foundation.
