So, you drank too much the night before?
Yes, well, you are probably needing something NOW to get some relief. Thankfully, you found this special report that offers strategies for dealing now, and for anticipating and preventing problematic hangovers in the future.
How to deal.

#2. Raw honey. This means really raw, unheated honey. This is the most enzyme active food in the world and will assist in normalizing digestion and metabolism while replacing food for the brain the next day.
#3. EFA’s. This means Essential Fatty Acids, which means in this case, Fish OIl. The last thing you want to eat when you are spinning the next mrongin, right? Wrong. This is brain food and will reduce the inflammatory state you put yourself it. So fish oil gives you the DHA/EPA omega 3 EFA’s. If you add in evening primrose, you get another dose of healthy fat that has been depleted.
#4. The ultimate healthy, fast and cheap solution: WATER. Drink plenty of water before, during and after alcohol consumption.
#5. Electrolyte replenishment. I recommend getting EMERGEN-C packets as the simple solution for now. You can concoct a homemade version with lime juice, sea salt and maple syrup though.
External Solutions
Sweat it out. I know that the last thing you probably want to do is go for a run. But the more you can do to help your body cleanse toxicity, the faster you will recover. Here are some ways you can help the process.
1. Aerobic exercise.
2. Drink a lot of water.
3. Sauna. Drink a lot of water, add a little salt and juice to the water for better hydration.
4. Hot Towel Scrub. Loofa or skin sponge will work just as well. You want to get hot water in the sink and use a wash cloth to vigorously scrub your skin. The heat and friction open up the pores and allow the body to eliminate more effectively. The skin is the largest elimanative organ the body has. Give it some help for further assistance.
