The 5 Principles of the Healthy, Fast and Cheap Lifestyle
The Healthy Fast and Cheap lifestyle is built around 5 principles.
1. Maximum Enjoyment: There is great pleasure in eating food that tastes and smells great, makes you feel good and looks beautiful.
2. Maximum Nutrition: The food you eat should contribute to a lifestyle that maintains your vitality, health and wellness.
3. Convenience: You are able to achieve these objectives within the context of a full and demanding schedule.
4. Cost Effectiveness: You are able to achieve these objectives within a set budget.
5. Maximum Global Sustainability: And, you are able to achieve these objectives while contributing to a lasting abundance of nourishment for all people and fitting into the system of life on our planet.
Over the next 5 weeks, I will blog on each of these 5 topics to give you a better handle on developing your own personal Healthy, Fast and Cheap lifestyle.
Each of these posts will give specific explanations of of the five principles PLUS ways that you can incorporate them in small, sustainable steps. The underlying view here is that food that is good for you is good for your wallet, your time and the ecosystem. It is a “best of all worlds” philosophy of abundance for all.
